The TAB board forces a critical re-evaluation of decisions and strategies that make the whole decision-making process better. In addition, my TAB coach helps me work through a lot of the issues along the way, making sure I am looking at the right issues, leading me to re-think and reinvent the company strategically, especially helping me adapt to a quickly changing economic environment by suggesting new approaches.
